Parenting REdefined
Group Coaching Membership for Parents of Neurodivergent Kids Building Social & Emotional Growth
If your child’s social challenges leave you with more questions than answers, you’re in the right place.
This is where you bring those questions — to understand what’s really happening and what to do next.
Each month includes a clear developmental focus, guided teaching, and time to work through real situations parents are facing.
The Parenting REdefined Group Coaching Membership helps you (the parent) understand what’s happening beneath the surface — so you can respond with calm, clarity, and confidence.
You’ve tried the advice, read the books, and still wonder:
“Why is this so hard for my child?”
You’re watching them struggle with friendship or big emotions.
You’re making daily decisions without a clear map — holding it together while quietly questioning yourself.
You don’t have to figure this out alone anymore.
You are the parent — the one doing the real work.
My role is to guide you, helping you see what matters most and what to do next, one clear step at a time.
The on-going membership includes
1) Two live coaching calls each month on Zoom
Live Coaching Calls #1 & #2 (60 minutes each)
-
A brief teaching segment introducing the monthly developmental focus
-
Guided reflection to help you apply the focus to your child
-
Group coaching and discussion based on real situations parents bring
The teaching segment will be recorded and available for replays.
2) Online Community for on-going connection and support from the group
While there’s a monthly focus and mini-lessons, live group coaching in both sessions centers on what’s most relevant for you.

This is a private, judgment-free space to listen, reflect, and learn — with my guidance and from each other.

🧭 How I Guide the Work
I use a developmental lens to understand social challenges across four areas:
-
Emotional regulation
-
Communication
-
Understanding social cues
-
Group participation
Instead of asking, “Is this working yet?”
We ask, “What’s the next supportive step?”
That’s how we identify what your child is ready for now — and how to build on each step without pushing the wrong thing at the wrong time.
🌱 How Progress Shows Up Here
Progress in social and emotional growth rarely looks like a big breakthrough.
Progress shows up in mini steps and wins — small shifts that tell us your child is building the foundation for connection.
That might look like:
-
Your child recovering more quickly after a social misstep
-
Less resistance before group activities
-
One moment of shared play that wasn’t there before
-
You knowing when to step in — and when to stay back
-
Fewer power struggles because you understand what’s underneath the behavior
These moments matter.
They’re signs that growth is happening — even when friendships are still forming.
Most parents notice these shifts within the first month, and once they can see them, everything feels more manageable.
🌿 About Noriko
Hi, I’m Noriko. In the Parenting REdefined Group Coaching Membership, I guide you as you make sense of your child’s social and emotional challenges and identify the most supportive next steps for your child.
For over 30 years, I’ve worked with neurodivergent children and adults, supporting the development of the social and emotional foundations needed to make and keep friends. That experience shapes how I lead this membership — with a deep understanding of development, readiness, and how growth unfolds over time.
Inside Parenting REdefined, I help you:
-
understand what you’re seeing beneath the surface
-
clarify what matters most right now
-
decide what to support next — and what can wait
You are the one walking the path with your child day to day.
I lead the process, offer perspective, and guide our work so you’re not guessing or carrying it alone.
🤍 What’s Expected of You
You don’t need to prepare or have the right words.
This space works best when parents come open to learning, connecting with others, and thinking together about real-life situations.
Sharing is encouraged, and participation looks different for every parent.
Some parents jump in right away; others start by listening and gradually share more over time.
There’s no pressure — just ongoing support at your pace.
🌾 Progress Is a Learning Process
Social and emotional growth doesn’t happen all at once.
Your child is learning new skills over time.
You’re learning how to support them as situations change.
That means:
-
progress can be uneven
-
old challenges may resurface under stress
-
growth often shows up in small, meaningful ways before bigger changes are visible
In Parenting REdefined, we don’t measure progress by quick results.
We focus on:
-
noticing and naming mini steps and wins
-
understanding what’s working and why
-
learning from setbacks instead of reacting to them
-
supporting each other and staying accountable to the learning process
This is how parents stay grounded, keep perspective, and continue moving forward.
🌻 Getting Started
Getting started is simple. Whether you’re joining after Friendship Foundations or coming in fresh, we’ll make sure you’re oriented and supported.
1. Watch Friendship Foundations (if you haven’t already)
Friendship Foundations gives you the shared language and perspective we use inside the membership.
If you’ve already completed it, you’re ready to move on.
If not, you’ll get access when you join.
2. Join the live coaching calls
Come listen, learn, and participate in the way that feels right for you.
You don’t need to be fully “caught up” to benefit.
3. Bring a real situation when you’re ready
You can start by listening, or you can bring a situation you want support with.
Both are welcome — and both are part of the learning process.
That’s it. There’s no required order and no pressure to do it perfectly.
